The Challenge
Support the launch of Fastlove, a new wellness-focused activewear brand created by entrepreneurs connected to the Hawkers startup ecosystem, developing product aligned with the growing lifestyle and wellbeing market.
The Process
Led the design and development of the seamless activewear collection across leggings, sports bras and coordinated sets, managing the process from concept through launch. Developed technical specs, fittings and product refinements while overseeing sourcing, sampling and production coordination with suppliers. Worked closely with the branding and packaging team on logo, labeling and packaging direction, and managed another designer to ensure consistency across the wider collection and brand vision.
The Outcome
Delivered a cohesive launch collection that combined product, branding and technical execution within a fast-moving startup environment. Helped translate the brand’s wellbeing-focused positioning into a commercially relevant activewear offer ready for market launch.
